Terms and Conditions / Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders promptly, however processing may take up to 10 working days. Please note that we are not shipping any goods between December 20th and January 5th.

Refunds All items are non-refundable. We will exchange any faulty items with the exception of discounted products. Please note that we will not exchange products purchased in the wrong size.
Returns Exchanges are only granted if an item arrives not as described in the Hill Valley Stores. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the original packing. To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Exchanges are processed within 10 days of reception and returned to your shipping address. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be exchanged if faulty, sale items are excluded from this policy and can neither be exchanged nor refunded.
Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 22, 2-18 Warburton Road, London, Hackney, United Kingdom, E8 3FN. Please mark clearly why you are returning the item and include a copy of your online receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
